Porsche Design Tower was completed in 2017 and remains the most talked-about residential building in Sunny Isles Beach, possibly in South Florida. The reason is the Dezervator: a patented robotic car elevator that carries your vehicle from the lobby directly to a glass-enclosed garage within your own unit. You drive in from the street and park in your living room. It is as theatrical as it sounds.
Developed by Gil Dezer and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the building rises 60 floors and holds 132 residences ranging from three-bedroom units to full-floor penthouses. Interiors were done in collaboration with the Porsche Design Studio in Germany — the aesthetic is automotive: precision-engineered, dark materials, uncompromising detail.
